Iowa Select Volleyball is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1998 by a group of passionate volleyball coaches and parents. Their mission is to provide a positive and supportive environment for young athletes to develop their volleyball skills and character.
These USA Volleyball Iowa members obey the national governing body’s rules. Experienced and trained coaches at this club help athletes attain their potential.
In Urbandale, Iowa, they hold practices, clinics, camps, and competitions at a modern facility. Six courts, a weight room, a lounge, and a pro shop are available.

What does Iowa Select Volleyball offer?
This Club offers a variety of programs for different ages and levels of players. Here are some of them:
Choose Teams
The most competitive teams compete in local, regional, and national tournaments. They demand dedication and are categorized from 10U to 18U age levels. Select teams play 10–15 tournaments and practice two–three times a week.
Select teams receive video analysis, strength and conditioning training, and college recruiting.
Regional Teams
Intermediate teams compete in local and regional events. They have age groupings from 10U to 18U and need moderate dedication. Regional teams practice once or twice a week and play 6-8 tournaments per season.

Recreational Teams
These novice teams focus on volleyball basics and pleasure. They accept 8U–14U athletes and demand little dedication. Recreational teams practice weekly and play 4–6 tournaments every season. Recreational teams can attend seminars and camps.
Clinics and camps
Players can develop their skills and learn from coaches. Year-round, they welcome all ages and skill levels. Clinics and camps involve serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, defense, and strategy.
